From the date of purchase, for one year, we will fix or replace any item that is defective based on the workmanship of our jeweller on any crosses. Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like broken chains links), improper use or storage of your product or any other modifications made by third party users. If you wish to repair your item you will be responsible for getting your product to us and picked up from us.
