Upon purchase, Triantos Crosses will process an order between1-3 business days. Upon processing, shipping can take anywhere from 1-13 business days depending on your location and shipping preference.

    Warranty:

    We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased covering any manufacturer defects (i.e a broken clasp). From the date of purchase, for one year, we will fix or replace any item that is defective based on the workmanship of our jeweller on any crosses. Contact us via email, TriantosCanada@hotmail.com, in order to assess the situation and for next steps.

    Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like broken chains links), improper use or storage of your product or any other modifications made by third party users. If you wish to repair your item you will be responsible for getting your product to us and picked up from us.

    Returns:

    We strive to ensure every piece you purchase from us lives up to your expectation. We accept returns and exchanges on purchases within 7 days of you receiving the item. If you wish to return an item, you will be required to pay for any shipping and/or duties associated with the return. 

    Return Policy:

    • All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, in the same condition they were bought in, and all the original packaging.
    • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. 
    • We cannot repair, replace or accept returned merchandise if it has been sold to you by a retail store.
    • Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns.
