Upon purchase, Triantos Crosses will process an order between1-3 business days. Upon processing, shipping can take anywhere from 1-13 business days depending on your location and shipping preference.

Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased covering any manufacturer defects (i.e a broken clasp). From the date of purchase, for one year, we will fix or replace any item that is defective based on the workmanship of our jeweller on any crosses. Contact us via email, TriantosCanada@hotmail.com, in order to assess the situation and for next steps.
Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like broken chains links), improper use or storage of your product or any other modifications made by third party users. If you wish to repair your item you will be responsible for getting your product to us and picked up from us.

Returns:
We strive to ensure every piece you purchase from us lives up to your expectation. We accept returns and exchanges on purchases within 7 days of you receiving the item. If you wish to return an item, you will be required to pay for any shipping and/or duties associated with the return.
Return Policy:
- All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, in the same condition they were bought in, and all the original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
- We cannot repair, replace or accept returned merchandise if it has been sold to you by a retail store.
- Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns.

QUALIFIED BUYERS
Wholesaler Pricing and Catalogue is not open to the public. In order to view our collection, please ensure that you are an authorized retailer and are able to provide business registration documentation.
Business Registration Documents may include and are not limited to retail sales tax number, business license number or articles of incorporation. If you have questions on whether your business registration documents would qualify then please contact us.
PRICING INFORMATION
Wholesale costs are based on the current silver or gold market. These prices will automatically be adjusted when the market price changes significantly.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
We can offer volume discounts based on pre-negotiated terms. Please contact us for more information.
MINIMUM ORDER TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT
All wholesale orders must meet our minimum order quantity of 10 pieces or more.
INVENTORY
Our new website tracks all inventory in real-time basis thus allowing you to check current inventory values and allowing you to put items on back order. Although we try our best to ensure the process of checking stock is as effortless as possible; there are times where quantities displayed online may differ from what’s on-hand.
